Private Jet Safety Standards
Blue Star Jets provides unparalleled quality and one of the highest standards of safety in the industry.

Every measure has been taken to ensure our operators surpass the safety expected of an air carrier.  All aircraft operators meet Federal Aviation Regulation Part 135 standards, and Blue Star Jets enlists the services of Wyvern Consulting Ltd., the most respected aviation safety auditor in the industry, to maintain records on aircraft and crewmembers involved in transporting our clients.

Through the Wyvern PASS System each trip is assured to have proper maintenance, flight crew records well exceed Federal Aviation and Blue Star Jets Standards.

Additional Safety Requirements

  • The FAA has enhanced security regulations at private airports.
  • All passengers must present two forms of identification before boarding an aircraft.
  • Pilots have the right to inspect passengers and luggage.
  • Blue Star Jets is constantly working with aviation industry officials - to determine if additional security measures or requirements are necessary.
  • Aircraft are inspected prior to the boarding of passengers.
FAA Regulation 135: Operating Requirements

All flights are operated by Part 135 Carriers. Operators providing service for BlueStar Jets clients must meet standards set forth by the FAA for safety, security and service. BlueStar Jets does not own, manage or operate aircraft. As an air charter broker, Blue Star Jets acts as an agent for our clients seeking charter air transportation and assists them in finding the best operators for each private air charter.
